Bonus Offer Terms

These Bonus Offer Rules constitute a legally binding agreement between us (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Us," "Our," and other variations thereof) — the owner of the website https://royalsea1.de/ and the provider of services therein (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") — on the one hand, and the individual who activates the bonus offer on the Website (including, but not limited to, through mobile applications or by other permissible means) (hereinafter referred to as "You," "Player," "Client," and other variations thereof) on the other hand.

The Bonus Offer Rules are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions, including all supplements (such as additional terms, rules, policies, etc.). In cases where an issue is not explicitly governed by these Bonus Offer Rules, the regulations provided in the Terms and Conditions shall apply.

1. Terms and Definitions:

1.1. Bonuses – virtual marketing rewards or loyalty rewards credited to the Player’s Client Account, including but not limited to, for performing certain actions. Free spins are a type of Bonus.

1.2. Wagering – a condition whereby the Bonus must be wagered a certain number of times within a specified period to allow the transfer of bonus funds to the Player’s Client Account, including for further use and withdrawal from the Client Account. A Wager counts towards the Wagering Requirement only after the relevant Bet has been settled: i.e., when the bet is marked as "Won" or "Lost," and not at the moment the bet is placed.

1.4. Deposit – funds in the form specified by these Bonus Offer Rules, which the Player has transferred to their Client Account for participation in the game.

1.6. Bet – funds in the form specified by these Bonus Offer Rules, transferred by the Player in accordance with the procedure implemented on the Website, which is a condition for participating in the game and determines the amount of the Winning based on its size.

2. Welcome Bonus "Up to 2000 EUR + 500FS" is available to new Players of Royal Sea casino who have registered on the Website and activated the bonus offer during registration. 3. The bonus offer can be used within 10 days from its activation during registration. 4. First Bonus: Activates a Deposit offer of 150% up to 200 EUR or the equivalent in the chosen currency. Additionally, free spins are awarded based on the Deposit amount:

For a Deposit between 50 and 99 EUR, 50 free spins are credited.

5. Second Bonus: Activates an offer where the Player chooses one of two Deposit Bonuses:

50% up to 120 EUR or the equivalent in the selected currency for a Deposit made using traditional currencies. Additionally, for a Deposit of 50 EUR or more, 50 free spins are credited.

100% up to 200 EUR or the equivalent in the selected currency for a Deposit made using cryptocurrency. Additionally, for a Deposit of 50 EUR or more, 100 free spins are credited.

6. Third Bonus: Activates an offer where the Player chooses one of two Deposit Bonuses: 50% up to 120 EUR or the equivalent in the selected currency for a Deposit made using traditional currencies. Additionally:

8. Fifth Bonus: Activates an offer where the Player chooses one of two Deposit Bonuses:

9. The Player can check up-to-date information about Bonuses at any time in the "Bonuses" section.

10. The Player can cancel a Bonus at any time in the "Bonuses" section or by contacting the support team.

11. Wagering Requirements:

11.1. The Deposit Bonus must be wagered at least 35 times within 10 days from the activation of the bonus offer. The maximum allowable payout is 5 times the amount of the received Bonus.

11.2. Free spins must be wagered at least 40 times within 10 days from the activation of the bonus offer. The maximum allowable payout is 5 times the amount of the received Bonus.

11.3. Bets in different games contribute different percentages toward meeting the Wagering Requirements for the Bonus. The exact percentage can be found on the "Wagering Games" page.

11.4. Games that are excluded from the possibility of wagering Bonuses and that do not participate in Our bonus program are listed on the Website.

12. Bonuses are automatically canceled if the Bonus balance is less than 0.1 EUR or its equivalent in another currency/cryptocurrency. Bonus funds from this bonus offer are valid for 10 days from the moment of bonus activation. If the Wagering Requirement is not met by the end of this bonus offer’s validity period, the Bonus and all Winnings derived from the bonus funds will be voided and removed from the Client Account.

13. If a Deposit Bonus or free spins are not credited within 72 hours of the deposit, contact support via chat or at support@royalsea.com.

14. The deposit made to claim a Bonus will be reserved by the system until the Bonus wagering is complete. Only the amount corresponding to the Bonus can be reserved. To withdraw funds from the Client Account, the Player must first meet the Bonus wagering requirements.

15. Bonuses cannot be combined. Activating a new Bonus will cancel the previous Bonus and any Winnings associated with it. Players must either cancel or complete the current Bonus before using another Bonus.

16. We reserve the right to review the Client Account, transactions, and any accounts and records of the Player. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of the Bonus, and/or if the Player (or a group of Players) has received Bonus(es) contrary to these Bonus Offer Rules and/or has violated its terms in any way, we reserve the right to:

- Close all involved Client Accounts, accounts, and records of the Player;

- Declare Bets invalid;

- Cancel, write off, or withhold any Bonus and/or Winnings obtained from bonus play;

- Terminate, revoke, or cancel any balance increases associated with such actions;

- Consider the Player an undesirable Player and permanently ban them from accessing the Website;

- Take measures to prevent the Player from receiving further bonuses;

- Impose a fine in the amount of funds the Player used in such fraudulent activities.

The use of Bonuses to circumvent the Wagering system, to change the balance of the Client Account with credited Bonuses without completing the Wagering Requirement, or to place any delayed Bets that lead to a change in the number of Bonuses on the Client Account is prohibited. It is also prohibited to place any delayed Bets with the intention of circumventing the Wagering system of credited Bonuses. All the actions mentioned in this paragraph, and similar actions, will be considered fraudulent, resulting in the application of measures outlined in the first paragraph of this section.

All Client offers are limited to one person, family, residential address, email address, phone number, identical payment account number (such as debit or credit card, account in a payment system, etc.), mobile device, shared tablet, or computer. Only one Bonus is provided to a person, family, address, IP address, or device (including those located in dormitories, internet cafes, or other public places). If duplicate accounts are detected, the measures outlined in the first paragraph of this section will apply.

17. Participation in the bonus offer is only allowed personally and individually. Submitting an application for participation on behalf of another Client Account, another Client's account, or a group of Client Accounts is not permitted.

We reserve the right at any time to request documents from the Player verifying their identity (national or international passport, ID card, driver’s license) before transferring the Bonus, Winnings, or allowing the Player to perform other actions as specified by these Bonus Offer Rules. Failure to provide such documents will prevent the transfer of the Bonus, Winnings, and the use of other benefits specified in the Bonus Offer Rules.

18. We reserve the right to amend the Bonus Offer Rules or withdraw them at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw, exclude, or refuse to grant a bonus offer to any Player.
